This site provides information resources, live help/consultation and a businesses network and receives over 1,000 visitors a week. I consulted with several clients devising and refining social media strategies including Outlook Money, India’s largest personal finance magazine, helping them refine and develop their presence on both Twitter and Facebook. I coached their staff and helped them increase their audience and social media interactions by over 250% creating a valuable communication and sales channel.

09/07 – 05/09, Project Manager, CopperBeech (UK) Ltd

I managed the design, development, social marketing strategies and content production for a network of seven websites from start-up to over 65k visitors per month. The operational team was dispersed in several locations in the UK and India and the project was co-ordinated with a strong emphasis on online communication.

Co-ordinating the technical requirements of artists with the staff of the several venues used by this comedy infused poetry based cabaret. The Wondermentalist Cabaret has built a strong following in South Devon regularly playing to audiences of over 200.

10/06 – 09/07, Web Designer and Technology Consultant

Working from concept development through to site launch I created six successful websites for a variety of businesses from holiday home rentals to a businesses coach.

12/02 – 10/06, Switchboard Operator, Starwood Hotels and Resorts

Serving all three Central London Starwood hotels, two Five Star and one Four Star with a total of 671 guest rooms as well as Starwood’s UK offices. This was a busy customer-facing role.
